All general-purpose stations can boot in both Windows and Macintosh, giving the patron their choice of operating system.
Software that can be found on most stations includes Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, Illustrator, InDesign, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. The video editing stations run applications such as Apple Final Cut Pro, DVD Studio Pro, Motion, Compressor, Livetype, iMovie, and iDVD. Various decks are available to capture from including VHS, Hi8, miniDV, and HDV.
Audio Bays

Both rooms feature a high-quality boom-mounted microphone for use in recording narration and voice-overs. Both bays also feature a cd/cassette deck and a DAT deck for capturing from these sources. The cd/cassette deck is capable of converting cassettes to cd's and vice-versa. A USB turntable is available in one bay for digitizing records.
Software that can be found in these bays include Audacity, Garageband, Logic Express, Camtasia, Quicktime Pro, and Adobe Connect.
